Carla and Charlie Guyard were looking for a distinctive logo for Little Pizza Truck, their mobile pizza catering business based in the San Francisco East Bay. They knew they wanted to incorporate an image of the truck, which features a hand-crafted pizza oven imported from Italy. They also wanted a logo with a rustic look and were inspired by images of wax stamps.

Flanked by laurel leaves, the truck is the focal point of the rough-textured logo, which the company now uses on its business cards and menus. cvk design created a style guide for the business with recommended fonts and colors inspired by the truck’s deep blue color and the golden tones of the mosaic tiles on the pizza oven.
