Orinda’s Art in Public Places committee wanted their Wix-based website to showcase the wonderful sculptures the program places around the city. The goal for the redesign was to create a site where users could get information about the sculptures and the artists who created them, and easily find where the works are located.

To meet that goal, the site features a colorful, interactive gallery page that displays photos of each artwork. Users can quickly get the title of the work, location, and artist’s name by hovering on each image in the gallery, and learn more about the artists on the bios page. A locations page features three clickable Google maps with detailed locations of the sculptures in the three main areas of Orinda.
