The Orinda Community Foundation’s goal was to modernize and revamp their Wix-based website to improve their community outreach and communication efforts. The group sought to highlight their charitable giving activities, community events, information for volunteers, and their beneficiaries’ various endeavors.

We simplified the site menu to make finding information more intuitive for users. The homepage features four colorful boxed columns with call-to-actions that clearly direct readers to the most important pages. We added a community calendar for volunteers to see upcoming opportunities, as well as pages recognizing community partners and ways to donate. The group also wanted to ensure that the site was accessible and mobile-friendly.
